Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling distinct sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the continuing congressional process.
